Sailing is one of the very few sports in which able-bodied sailors and disabled sailors can participate on equal terms and our objective is to give people who think they can’t even get on a boat, let alone sail one, the chance to achieve the exhilaration of being on the water in the safe, warm, calm conditions of the Pagasitikos Gulf.

The Argonautical Park was the proud host of the IFDS International Multihull Championship for 2007.

In 2008, for the first time in Greece, a sailing holiday program for disable people will be offered at the ONLY accessible sailing holiday centre: the Argonautical Park in Afissos Pelion.

It is not a coincidence that the International Sailing Federation (ISAF) and the Hellenic Paralympic committee (HPC) have chosen Argonautical Park to host the International Multihull Championship for disable sailors which was a great success in 1-9 June 2007
