Bedingungen und Anforderungen Fax- oder Internetbuchung Ihre Buchung kann erst bestätigt werden, wenn Sie die gesamte Summe bezahlt haben. Die Bezahlung für Ihre Unterkunft und alle Programme muss getätigt werden vor Ihrer Ankunft im Argonautischen Park. Möchten Sie sich nach freien Zimmern oder Plätzen in unseren Programm erkundigen, treten Sie bitte in Kontakt mit uns. Bezahlung Alle Preise sind inklusiv Mehrwertsteuer. Die minimale Vorauszahlung für ein Fünf-Tage-Programm oder mehr sind 30% des Programmpreises, unter der Bedingung, dass die gesamte Summe drei Wochen vor der Ankunft bezahlt wird. Cancellations ON BEHALF OF THE CLIENT The cancellations should be in writing. If you wish to cancel 3 weeks before your arrival you lose only your deposit. If you wish to cancel 2 weeks before your arrival 50% of the total amount is withheld. If you wish to cancel 1 week before your arrival the 100% of the total amount is withheld. If you wish to change the date of the program you can do so at least 2 weeks before your arranged arrival and on the condition that the date you will choose is available. There will be a management fee of 5% on the total price of the program. ON BEHALF OF THE ARGONAUTICAL PARK We maintain the right to cancel our programs. We are going to try hard to prevent any cancellation. That said, the Argonautical Park reserves the right to cancel the programs due to reasons beyond our control. In this case the Visitor will be provided with an alternative Vacation package equal to the one cancelled if that is possible. Otherwise there will be a full refund. The Argonautical Park is not legally responsible for any damage or expense and it is not obliged to return any money in cases of cancellation of the programs that are an outcome of an act of God and also cases such as War or threat of War, outbreaks, Terrorist actions, Strikes, Natural disasters, Fires, Technical Problems with the transportation, Airport disoperation, Quarantine, Epidemic, Indicated hard weather conditions, Gov-ernment's actions or other situation that Argonautical Park is not in position to control. We propose to the client to insure his/ her vacation so he/she can receive com-pensation in case some of the above may occur. Safety Our commitment to safety issues and supervision is total. The safety of the center follows the na¬tional law of YEN (Ministry of Commercial Navy), the recommendation of RYA (Royal Yachting Association) and ARYA. Besides your enjoyment of the activities, safety is the primary concern for the Argonautical Park's programs. The are inherent risks in water activities. Participants, parents and guardians have to appreciate the risk of injury or exposure as a part of intense activity. To reduce the danger, as is humanly possible, we follow a safe way of working guidelines. It is important that instructions are strictly followed. We hire only certified personnel.  We provide all modern safety equipment.  Our training is based on communal safety instructions in small groups.  We have up-to-date management and in matters of safety we are certificated by recognized authorities such as YEN, RYA ENAK etc.
